The 14th EUSBSR Annual Forum will take place on 4-5 October 2023 in Riga, the capital of Latvia.

Riga with 600,000 inhabitants is a modern city with a historical heart that offers a variety of naturaltastycultural and spectacular charms.

Riga’s diverse architectural heritage spans almost the entire range of the city’s 800–year history, from the 13th century to the present. With over 4000 magnificent buildings representing a variety of artistic styles, Riga’s historic center was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

The magic of Riga is found precisely in its diversity, in its many layers and personalities which do not lack for classic values or paradoxes. But its most vivid characteristic has always been its openness. Openness to new ideas, trends, experiments.

Today Riga is a cradle for innovative start–ups, an excellent music and contemporary art scene, as well as rich culture and a dynamic gastronomy.
