Save the date! The European Commission is pleased to announce the upcoming “Macro-Regional and Sea Basin Strategies Days 2025“, taking place on September 24-25, 2025, in Brussels. Co-organised by DG REGIO and DG MARE, this two-day event will serve as a communication and networking platform, bringing together participating countries, thematical coordinators, stakeholders, and representatives of EU institutions.
The agenda will feature interactive workshops on key themes relevant to both strategies, with the goal of exchanging knowledge, fostering new synergies, and strengthening existing partnerships. Following the main event, a High-Level Group meeting and a Four-Trio Presidency meeting will take place on September 26, 2025, in Brussels, accessible by invitation only.
Building on the success of last year’s “Speed Dating with the Commission” session, organisers plan to enhance and expand this popular format in 2025, providing even more opportunities for participants to connect, share experiences, and tackle common challenges.
