Save the Date: InnoCulture 2026 | 18–19 November, Hamburg

We are delighted to announce the third edition of InnoCulture, taking place on 18–19 November 2026 at the Design Zentrum Hamburg.

Responding to challenges such as rapid technological development, social fragmentation and shifting political and financial priorities, InnoCulture 2026 asks a central question: What conditions and ecosystems are needed for culture to flourish—and how can culture itself create new spaces? The conference will explore strategic spaces that support cultural ecosystems, civic spaces that strengthen participation and democratic resilience, and political spaces where culture can gain stronger recognition within policy-making and sustainable development agendas.

InnoCulture brings together cultural actors, policymakers, municipalities, educators and intermediaries from across the Baltic Sea Region. The conference offers a platform to exchange ideas, build connections, and explore future cooperation opportunities.

Registration will open soon. Stay tuned and learn more about the conference here.

Help shape the programme: Open Call

For the first time, InnoCulture invites stakeholders to contribute directly to the conference programme through an open call.

We are looking for practical examples, experiments, initiatives and approaches that demonstrate how spaces for culture are being created, re-built and re-negotiated across the Baltic Sea Region. Your ideas will be presented as inspirational impulses with the option to be developed into a workshop format.

Submit your proposal by 7 August 2026 here.

Info about the open call can also be found in our one-pager.

We encourage you to share this opportunity within your networks and look forward to welcoming you to Hamburg in November 2026.
