NonHazCity Building Award – extended nomination deadline to October 15, 2024!

We’re celebrating the most effective laws and policies for non-hazardous buildings – join us and nominate today!

The NonHazCity 3 project, co-financed by Interreg Baltic Sea Region programme, kicked off in January 2023. Building on results from prior successful project, this project tackles hazardous substances in buildings and the building sector and thus contribute to PA Hazards’ ambition to reduce the use of hazardous substances in the Baltic Sea Region.

The NonHazCity Building Award is the first policy prize recognizing best policies in construction in the Baltic Sea Region at national, regional or local level. It aims is to highlight policies protecting people and the environment from hazardous chemicals in buildings, integrating circularity, toxic-free & climate neutrality

The award is coordinated by the World Future Council
