BackInnoCulture 2026: New Spaces for Culture — Registration is open

What conditions does culture need to flourish? And how can culture create new spaces of its own?
Across the Baltic Sea Region, cultural and creative sectors are navigating rapid technological change, social fragmentation, and shifting political and financial priorities. To stay vibrant, culture needs new spaces in which to create, connect, and contribute.
For its 3rd edition, InnoCulture brings together cultural institutions, NGOs, policymakers, educators, and creative-sector leaders to explore how we build the ecosystems, opportunities, and conditions for culture and creativity to thrive.
Over two days in Hamburg, we’ll approach space on three levels:
→ Create space — the strategic conditions cities and regions can build for cultural work
→ Share space — culture as a driver of inclusion, participation, and democratic resilience
→ Secure space — stronger recognition and sustainable futures for culture in policy
