Regenerative Tourism in the Baltic Sea Region: Turning Vision into Action
Join us on June 3, 2026, from 09:00 to 10:30 CET for the webinar: “Regenerative Tourism in the Baltic Sea Region: Turning Vision into Action.”
Organised by the Policy Area Tourism Coordinators of the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region—specifically, the Pomorskie Tourist Board and the Oulu Region Council—and in collaboration with the RegenT project platform, this session gathers leading stakeholders in regenerative tourism across the area.
The webinar will begin with a keynote speech by Linda Vismer, a transformative tourism strategist aiming to shift towards regenerative tourism, followed by an overview of the RegenT project and presentations from three regenerative tourism initiatives within the Baltic Sea Region and beyond.
We will examine how to transition from ideas to practical implementation—identifying synergies, building on previous achievements, and fostering cross-project and regional collaboration.
This event also marks the start of an expanding community of regenerative tourism experts and practitioners, with additional activities planned this autumn by the PA Tourism Coordinators and RegenT.
