Registration is now open for the EUSBSR Annual Forum 2025. Join one of the Baltic Sea Region’s largest cooperation events and take part in shaping regional solutions on 29–30 October 2025 in Sopot, near Gdańsk, Poland, as we seek to answer the question:

What actions should be taken to build stability and a prosperous future for us all and the generations to come, across geopolitical, economic, social and environmental dimensions?

Held under the theme “Securing the Future: Stronger Together – Building Stability in Times of Uncertainty”, this year’s Forum will bring together participants from across the Baltic Sea Region to explore how to build resilience and prosperity in an era of rapid change.

Featuring high-level plenaries, thematic sessions, and networking opportunities, the Forum will take place against a backdrop of geopolitical uncertainty, environmental pressures, and social transformation. Key topics on the programme include societal resilience, energy security, economic competitiveness, climate resilience, digital innovation and AI, skills for the future, and regional identity.

The Annual Forum is the flagship event of the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region (EUSBSR), offering a unique platform for policy makers, experts, practitioners, and civil society to advance cooperation across borders and sectors. The 2025 edition will also focus on the EUSBSR’s core objectives: Save the Sea, Connect the Region, and Increase Prosperity.

The event is hosted by the Pomorskie Voivodeship and co-organised with the Council of the Baltic Sea States (CBSS), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland, and the Baltic Sea Strategy Point. It is co-financed by the Interreg Baltic Sea Region programme and the Pomorskie Voivodeship.
